Licensing
Software updates
Updates are included for customers with a valid license. If you have a valid license key activated on your site(s), 1-click updates should automatically be delivered to the WordPress dashboard on that/those sites. The file(s) may also be downloaded from the account page.
Support services
Support is available at no extra charge for customers with a valid license. Contact support here.
Refunds
If GFChart does not match your expectations, we will be pleased to refund your purchase price in full and cancel your license. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase via the refund form. After 30 days, no refunds will be given.
Renewals
Annual licenses are automatically renewed annually. Renewals attract a 10% discount from the new customer price at time of renewal. Customers may cancel automatic renewal at any time via the account page. In this case support and updates will be available until the license expires.
Marketing
Unless you request otherwise, the vendor may use the purchaser’s name or logo in promotional material, including on the GFChart.com website. Please contact us if you do not accept this.

GFChart is a division of Mensard Pty Ltd, a company registered in NSW, Australia ABN 12 140 276 866. This agreement is governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. GFChart is made available under the GNU general public license. GFChart reserves the right to terminate its service and/or its relationship with any customer at any time, and with no compensation.
