How can I be sure that GFChart will match my needs?

We recommend that you review our demo pages, comprehensive documentation and try before buy site. You are also welcome to enjoy our no quibble full refund in the event that GFChart does not entirely satisfy your needs, within 30 days of purchase.

How do I get support? Please contact our support desk. How do I get updates? Once you have activated your licence and it remains valid, 1-click updates will be delivered automatically to your WordPress dashboard. How to I hide my results from general website visitors? Easy! We display the results on a page, and restrict access to that page using the free Members plugin from Justin Tadlock (as recommended by Gravity Forms). Where we also want to restrict menu visibility of that page, we use the free Nav Menu Roles plugin from Kathy Darling. Does the data remain on my server, or do you send it into the cloud for processing? The data remains on your server, it is not sent into the cloud for processing. The only time that GFChart reaches out into the cloud is for updates. What if I want additional features? Review our roadmap and list of feature requests where you may vote or add more. Can’t the same thing already be achieved by using Gravity Forms Polls and Surveys add-ons? No. Whilst they are great plug-ins, they only chart data captured using specific polls and survey fields. Can I change the colours and styling of the charts? Yes. Instructions here. What happens at the end my license period? You will have the option to renew at a discounted rate. If you choose not to renew, GFChart will remain active, and you will not longer receive updates or support. How do I upgrade from one package to another? Please upgrade via your account page (select ‘view licenses’). Payment will be required. Do you have an affiliate program? Yes here! I am a customer, but my download link has expired, how to I access my files and license key? Set up an account with the same email address as you originally used to make your purchase. Access your purchases and more via the Account page. Why is there a small additional charge on my credit card statement? Stripe tell us that this is a temporary charge that will be refunded.
